PDF Tutor
Upload notes or textbooks and ask cited follow-up questions.
Ask your own textbooks and click the citation straight back to the page it came from. Turn a stack of hospital records into a timeline you can defend. Take a history from an AI owner who only answers what you actually asked.

The workspace
Three loops that feed each other — your own material, the cases you are about to see, and the questions you keep re-asking.
Textbooks, lecture notes, and the rounds you recorded yourself.
Upload notes or textbooks and ask cited follow-up questions.
Record rounds or a lecture for up to two hours, or upload audio to 100 MB. Cantonese and English both come back as one English clinical note.
Search across every title, transcript and summary you have captured.
Walk into the ward already holding a timeline.
Paste hospital records or upload PDFs. Case Analyzer builds timelines, problems, differentials and decision trees.
Your private, lifelong case portfolio. Prep or Seen, filtered by discipline and species, with a reflection field and a day streak.
The questions you already asked are the syllabus.
Every learning question you ask — in the PDF Tutor, the assistant, the tutor, the recorder or the sandbox — lands here, de-duplicated by concept, with “Asked 3×” on the ones you keep coming back to.
Spaced repetition with again / good / easy on keys 1, 2 and 3. Cards get suggested from what you asked, not from a generic deck.
The assistant sits on every page already holding the document or case in front of you — and what you ask there feeds the Learning Inbox too.
Upload textbooks or notes, ask follow-up questions and compare them with reliable veterinary sources — answers can be checked against WSAVA, AAHA, the Merck Veterinary Manual and PubMed in the same reply.
Paste a hospital record or drop in PDFs and you get a timeline, a problem list, ranked differentials, every abnormal finding, a treatment summary — and a decision tree of six to twenty nodes where each branch carries the evidence quoted from the case itself.
Up to ten analyses run at once and they keep going if you close the tab. Save one and it lands in your Case Collection marked Prep, ready for the day you actually see it.

Interview an AI owner in English or Cantonese, then submit your SOAP note for feedback. They are a worried layperson, not a tutor — they answer what you asked and nothing else, and they will not hand you a diagnosis however hard you push.
Three cases to start with — a vomiting dog, a limping dog and a cat with chronic kidney disease. After that you turn any case in your own Case Collection into a de-identified role-play, so the practice supply is your own caseload.
Sandbox uses synthetic training cases. Feedback supports learning and is not clinical authorization.
You take the history
Ask the owner whatever you would ask in the room. They answer that, and nothing more.
S and O are drafted for you
Your interview becomes the subjective and objective sections automatically.
You write A and P
The assessment and plan are yours. That is the part being examined.
Then you get read back
What you got right, what you may have missed, red flags, tests to consider — and a question back at you.
Shared with the clinicians’ side of Vet Med AI — not student-only.
The Hong Kong pet food dietary guide, the same one the clinicians use.
Requires a source you supply before it will save an entry. It makes no AI dose recommendation — deliberately.
English with Cantonese or Mandarin, both sides on screen so you can check what was actually said.
How it works
Upload the lecture PDF or record the round. Ask questions against the thing you actually have to learn.
Paste the hospital record before placement. Arrive holding a timeline, a problem list and differentials.
Everything you asked along the way collects in the Learning Inbox and becomes spaced repetition. That is the loop.
Student learning uses synthetic or de-identified cases. It never grants access to the live Owner Pet Network.

No. Student mode is a view preference, not an access tier — any signed-in account can switch it on, and switch back just as easily. There is no separate student product and nothing is locked behind a university email address.
Each citation is rebuilt on the server from the passage the answer was retrieved from, before you ever see it — the model does not get to invent a page number. Click one and the PDF opens beside the answer, at that page, with the quote highlighted.
Three built-in starter cases ship with Sandbox Consult: a vomiting dog, a limping dog and a cat with chronic kidney disease. After that you role-play against de-identified cases from your own Case Collection — so the supply of practice is your own caseload rather than a fixed library.
Yes. Record for up to two hours or upload audio to 100 MB. Cantonese and English both come back as one English clinical note, with a summary, categorised teaching points, and study questions with answers. Analysis runs as a background job, so you can close the tab and come back to it.

No, and that is deliberate. The Dosage Calculator will not save an entry without a source you supply, and there is no AI dose recommendation anywhere in it. Education support, not clinical authority.
